Requirements
- Cosmetology license
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- A desire to provide exceptional service.
- A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
- Ability to take and implement feedback.
Responsibilities
- Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on our clients using the drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
- Provide an over-the-top client experience.
- Sell products, tools, and memberships
- Participate in Shop duties. Stylist side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
