Hair Stylist/Blo Boss
About The Position
NEW PLANO LOCATION! Join our glam-squad at the NEW Blo Plano location! We’re looking for passionate, service-focused Stylists who love creating gorgeous blowouts, styling looks that last, and delivering an amazing guest experience. As a Blo Stylist, you’ll provide signature blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services while educating clients on hair products and at-home care. You’ll help maintain a clean, professional, upbeat environment and support team events and promotions. Sales of memberships, retail, and add-on services are a key part of success in this role and your commissions. If you thrive in a fun, fast, beauty-centric atmosphere—we want you on our team! Requirements
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
- The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
