At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. You will warmly greet clients and conduct consultations to understand their individual styles and preferences. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, ensuring that each client leaves satisfied and looking their best. You will manage a diverse clientele while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
