About The Position
Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists/ barbers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building a large clientele, and the ideal candidate for this role should possess similar goals.At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing paid training/CEU's so you can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Looking to grow in your career? We have growth opportunites at multiple locations! Hairstylists/Barbers typically average $25-$32 hour (Including Base pay and tips).PLUS additional opportunities to earn bonus incentives EVERY pay period! Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
Requirements
- A valid Illinois cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for cutting men's hair
