You will deliver exceptional men’s grooming services in a luxury setting, create a 5-star guest experience every visit, build long-term relationships with members, participate in weekly development & coaching, represent a brand rooted in service and contribute to community outreach and impact.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication & hospitality mindset
• Team-oriented, coachable attitude
• Commitment to personal growth
