You will: Deliver exceptional men’s grooming services in a luxury setting Create a 5-star guest experience every visit Build long-term relationships with members Participate in weekly development & coaching Represent a brand rooted in service Contribute to community outreach and impact
Requirements
- Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication & hospitality mindset
- Team-oriented, coachable attitude
- Commitment to personal growth
