We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who: Positivity and Dedication to their craft Has a preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts or 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!) Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture A desire to provide exceptional service & always striving to be the best they can be Strong communication skills and the desire for creating a great experience for our guests Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment A supportive team player who supports their fellow teammembers, takes initiate, and self starts. Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all Has a proven track record of stellar customer service and sales- customers love you! Requirements
