About The Position
As a Hair Dresser at Blo Blow Dry Bar, you will be part of a dynamic and professional team dedicated to providing exceptional hair styling services. Our salon is recognized as an industry leader with over 100 locations across North America, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative environment where your skills and creativity can shine. We are dedicated to the ongoing development of our staff, offering training programs that enhance your product knowledge and styling techniques. You will work closely with our Chief Style Boss, who will guide you through mastering Blo's signature styles and more through our paid training program. This position requires a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to make clients feel beautiful and valued. You will be expected to maintain a clean and professional workspace while participating in routine up-training to advance your skills. The role also offers the potential for career advancement, including opportunities to be cross-trained in additional services such as makeup or to be promoted to senior stylist or management roles.
