About The Position

As a Hair Assistant at Oaselle Salon, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior stylists and maintaining the smooth operation of the salon. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
Shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services
Providing scalp massages and other relaxation techniques
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon
Assisting stylists during hair coloring, cutting, and styling procedures
Monitoring inventory and stocking hair care products
Upholding salon standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon environment preferred but not required
• Passion for the beauty industry and desire to pursue a career as a professional stylist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior stylists
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
