HAF Portfolio Quality Manager
About The Position
Manages and oversees a group of colleagues that monitor complex portfolios for purposes quality control testing, risk management oversight, portfolio analysis, complaint management resolution, regulatory compliance, and potential economic risk trends. Develops appropriate reporting for Senior Management and segment risk committees. Provides oversight and analysis of system monitoring and testing. Develops strategies to support portfolio objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as liaison for finance segment/region within Vehicle Finance. Develop and implement strategies for financial growth and operational efficiency. Coordinate financial reporting and analysis for the segment/region. Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business results. Monitor and report on financial performance metrics. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Lead process improvement initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture within the finance segment/region. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Represent the segment/region in industry forums and community events. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience.
Nice To Haves
- At least 5-10 years Consumer Lending/Indirect Vehicle Underwriting experience
