Requirements

Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor
Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills and attention to minor details
Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures

Nice To Haves

Previous QA experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred but no required

Responsibilities

Monitor and record temperatures in process formulas
Maintain documentation and records of HACCP temperature monitoring
Report on errors and reasons for discrepancies to production supervisor, QA lead, or manager
Verify or assure paperwork is done and organized properly and accurately
Must be dependable and have good attendance
Good understanding of company rules and Good Manufacturing Practices and able to address concerns in real time with all teams involved
Assist in other areas as assigned by supervisor or manager
