JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to independently setup, program and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills and other equipment. Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models. Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers and dial calipers. Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. 3+ years of machining experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attendance and a positive, 'can do' attitude. THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: Solidworks and/or MasterCAM experience. EDM experience. Previous tool room experience. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
