About The Position
The Security Supervisor at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is responsible for overseeing the security operations during assigned shifts. This role involves guarding the premises against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry, while ensuring the implementation of security policies and procedures in accordance with the Internal Control Structure (ICS). The supervisor will lead a team of Security Officers and Dispatchers, ensuring that all security measures are effectively executed to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
