The role also involves performing intermediate mathematical calculations, using precision gages and inspection measuring equipment, and interpreting mechanical blueprints and engineering specifications to determine required weld and fabrication setups. Additional duties include supporting environmental, health, safety, maintenance, quality, and production-flow initiatives, training, and maintaining detailed job task documentation.
