About The Position
The Health & Safety Manager will provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance regarding H&S standards, systems, and permits within the Red Wing plant. Responsible for collaboration with a diverse group of plant personnel, oversight of the H&S performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with location's teams to meet legal and ADM expectations. Position reports to the Plant Manager.
