The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, assisting employees, customers, and managing incoming traffic. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within the department and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Ensure paperwork is completed for new hires, badges printed, and lunch vouchers provided.
  • Provide instruction and support during orientation for new hires with Alex Lee University assignments.
  • Maintain scanned files for hires, terms, warnings, and medical information.
  • Order office supplies for departmental employees.
  • Assist in coordination of yearly events with the HR Services Team.
  • Maintain event calendar in HR and email reminders to appropriate team members.
  • Schedule appointments through Outlook calendars for Director, HRBPs, and HR Services Team.
  • Handle all incoming calls and visitors.
  • May be required to perform other tasks as necessary.
  • Complete HR expense vouchers weekly, maintain a log and update with progress.
  • Two-year degree or related work experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, beginning to intermediate in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual preferred.
