Job Specific Competencies: Conducts Physician deficiency reanalysis review. Reviews timely dictation of operative reports on a daily basis. Generates statistics for incomplete/delinquent medical records. Sends notifications to physicians regarding record completion. Follow-up on with physician on outstanding record completion issues. Conducts Physician training on the EMR and record completion. Manages mail for the ROI Vendor. Processes all release of information requests for the Business Office. Conducts record review under the supervision of the HIM Supervisor. Handles incoming calls. Processes requests for release of information for patients and physicians when applicable Participates in Performance Improvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned
