H&D/Presentation Engineer - Remote
About The Position
Manage ActiveX controls, client prerequisites, ODBC drivers, and user profile settings to ensure consistent Hyperspace performance. Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning: Work closely with application teams, desktop support, and networking to diagnose and fix environment-specific issues. Ensure all devices used to access Epic meet performance benchmarks and compliance requirements Participate in Epic version upgrades, client refresh cycles, and go-live events by validating presentation layer performance and compatibility. Coordinate with Epic TS/CSC (Technical Services/Client Systems) and internal teams for Hyperspace version management, deployment scripts, and environment testing
