Requirements
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive gynecologic care, including well-woman exams, diagnostic procedures, and management of gynecologic conditions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, cultural competence, compassion, and a team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic care to patients.
- Conduct routine well-woman examinations and preventive screenings.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions.
- Perform gynecologic procedures within the scope of practice.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
