About The Position

Well established multi location practice is looking to hire Sonographer part time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Sonographers with 2+ years experience in OBGYN

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree Preferred
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• ARDMS certified/ SPI / OBGYN registered desired

Responsibilities

• Perform gynecologic and obstetrics, and other areas of the body to diagnose medical conditions and to provide treatment.
• Maintain sonography equipment and report machinery failure
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients in the office setting.
• Accurately record all patient information in the medical record.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care. Report to the appropriate medical staff of any abnormalities that require immediate attention
• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Work under minimal supervision and cooperate with other team members
