About The Position
The Gymnastics Ratio Coach position at Evergreen Middle School is designed to oversee the growth and development of student athletes by focusing on fundamental skills instruction with an emphasis on whole child development, including expectations for academic and athletic excellence, leadership skills, and positive social relationships. This position is generated due to an increase in student participation and is for the current season only. Coaches hired due to student/coach ratios must reapply each year as positions become available. The role requires a commitment of 2 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with a salary range of $3,313 to $3,995 depending on experience.
