Requirements
- Gymnastics background or experience working with children in an active setting
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for kids
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, safe Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using established lesson plans
- Teach age-appropriate skills through movement, games, and circuits
- Keep classes organized, engaging, and encouraging
- Communicate positively with families
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym
- Participate in training and coaching development as our program grows
