About The Position

As a Gymnastics Lead Instructor , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum execution, and helping elevate the overall coaching experience in the gym. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Requirements

You have previous gymnastics coaching experience and feel confident teaching foundational gymnastics skills
You can manage a class independently while keeping kids engaged, safe, and motivated
You understand how to adapt skills and progressions for different ages and ability levels
You treat every class and every child like it’s their first day, every single week
You take pride in being a leader on the floor and a role model for the team

Responsibilities

Lead and teach high-quality gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method
Bring confidence, structure, and consistency to every class you lead
Model excellent coaching techniques, class flow, and safety standards
Support and guide other instructors through example, encouragement, and feedback
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment where every child feels successful
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive membership experience for families
