About The Position

Instruct and lead preschool and youth gymnastics programs in an exciting and safe atmosphere. Training is provided prior to program start dates and a curriculum is provided. Fall and Spring hours are Saturdays from 7:45am to 3:45pm and Mondays from 4:45pm to 7:00pm.

Requirements

• Must have previous gymnastics coaching experience.
• Must be able to set up and tear down gymnastics equipment.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience working with youth.
• Must be able to lead a group without supervision.
• Must be able to communicate and guide assistants and leads.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct activities for all ages in a recreation setting.
• Provide support as needed for all participants and staff to create an inclusive environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality programs for all ages.
• Follow staff policies and procedures.
• Ensure all staff and participants follow the established policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe, fun and appropriate experience for all participants.
