We are currently seeking candidates with prior gymnastics experience who are passionate about helping children grow in confidence, strength, and coordination. What we’re looking for: Lead engaging, safe, and high-energy classes using The Little Gym’s proven, gymnastics-based curriculum (training provided). Confidently demonstrate and assist with age-appropriate gymnastics skills for children ages 4 months–12 years. Create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment in every class. Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with children and families. Approach each class with consistency, enthusiasm, and professionalism. You’re a great fit if you: Have previous gymnastics experience (coaching, competitive gymnastics, cheer, dance, tumbling, or related movement background required). Enjoy working with children and can balance fun with clear expectations and safety. Are dependable, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
