Gymnastics Instructor (Full Time or Part Time)
About The Position
Sweet Peas @ Watermelon Swim is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, reliable Gymnastics Instructor to join our team in Brooksville! If you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, positive environment, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Lead Fun, Engaging Classes: Teach Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and lesson plans Build Skills Through Play: Help children develop coordination, strength, and confidence through age-appropriate movement and games Create a Positive Experience: Keep classes organized, encouraging, and welcoming for both kids and parents Celebrate Special Moments: Assist with or lead high-energy birthday parties that families will remember Maintain a Safe Environment: Help keep the gym clean, organized, and safe for all participants Grow With Us: Participate in training and ongoing coaching development as we expand
Requirements
- Experience in gymnastics
- Positive, upbeat personality with a genuine love for kids
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule
- Team player who brings good energy every day
- Must be available for: At least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays (morning classes + afternoon birthday parties)
- Active role: standing, moving, spotting, and engaging throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
