Availability needed: Weekday mornings, Saturday afternoons, and Sundays. As an instructor, you’ll help introduce kids to the serious fun of learning through play in The Little Gym’s unique environment. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community.

Requirements

You love having fun, giving high-fives, and aren’t afraid to act like a dinosaur when the moment calls for it
Kids gravitate toward you — and their parents trust you

You can be playful and silly, but also know when it’s time to focus and get things done

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or coaching is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

Teach incredible classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
Create a safe, exciting, and encouraging environment where kids can grow, explore, and build confidence
Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our families
Treat every class and every child as if it’s their first day — every single week
Help kids discover new skills while celebrating every small victory along the way
