About The Position

Join our team and become a Founding Team Member in our The Little Gym in Trexlertown! We are a family owned business that has experience in the franchise model. The ownership and leadership of the gym are passionate about child development and are looking for coaches that share that passion. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will work at the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Requirements

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is preferred.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• A positive attitude and ability to maintain a good mood.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
