About the Job: Perfection Gymnastics is looking for experienced team gymnastics coaches to work with the USAG Pre-Team through Level 10 gymnastics program. Details: Employment type: Part-Time or Full-time Salary range: $17-$25 Per Hour $40,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience Hour/availability needs: Must be available evenings, weekends and some day times. Requirements

Has 3+ years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience.
Great relationship builder.
Great teacher and learner.
Is highly organized and a proficient multi-tasker.
Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety trainings.
Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
