Gym Operations Assistant
About The Position

We are on the look out for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team! As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential. With 133 clubs across the UK and Europe, David Lloyd Leisure is the leading premium health and wellness group.
Requirements
- Passion for customer service
- A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
