About The Position

The gym monitor is responsible for the following job duties: Supervise use of the fitness center before and after Physical Therapy clinic hours Assists employees and gym members in utilizing equipment Monitor the use of equipment to prevent damage and prevent injury Cleans equipment, washes and folds laundry, and stocks cleaning supplies Available to work nights (5-10 pm) M-F and Sat mornings (7 am-11 am) and nights (4-8 pm)

Requirements

• Must have a good understanding of exercise equipment use and gym safety.
• Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work unsupervised
