About The Position

The Gym Membership Sales Specialist at D1 Training is a high-energy sales role focused on closing deals and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Under the direction of the General Manager, the specialist will handle daily operational tasks, maintain customer service standards, and manage financial transactions while driving sales through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Requirements

• High-energy and enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness and athletics.
• Ability to close over 50% of leads on the first meeting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with a willingness to work hard and follow through on tasks.
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the fitness industry or a strong personal interest in fitness.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day facility operational tasks in adherence with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and handle daily financial transactions.
• Support the efficient and effective operation of the facility.
• Prospect and build a list of potential clients through various outreach methods.
• Make a large volume of outgoing calls (100+ per 4 hours) to engage potential clients.
• Follow up relentlessly on leads to schedule appointments and close sales.
• Conduct in-person sales meetings and tours of the facility.
• Utilize sales skills to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
