Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships and personal training services, converting leads into long-term clients through follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Promote the brand through B2B marketing by establishing relationships with local businesses and coordinating community outreach efforts.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage daily club operations, including running reports, using club software for member management, and maintaining club cleanliness.
  • Create a welcoming culture that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences.
