About The Position

As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. The job involves completing and overseeing daily admin tasks such as contacting parents, intro class follow-ups, event scheduling, and more. You will teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, and provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. You will oversee the breadth of programs offered to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met, and oversee the training and evaluation of your fellow team members. You will work with the management team to ensure the facility is meeting standards.

Requirements

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
