About The Position
CSS is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Gym Housekeeper to join our team. To maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the gym areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods, and work independently
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or gym cleaning preferred but not required
- Must maintain a professional attitude and respect for gym members and staff
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all gym equipment, mirrors, and surfaces throughout the gym
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, lockers, benches, and railings
- Restock paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners regularly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (all 4)
- Polish and shine all equipment twice a month
- Ensure towels are washed, folded, and stocked as needed
- Reports any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all cleaning schedules and safety guidelines
