About The Position
At The Little Gym, our jobs are serious, Serious Fun! We are looking for a Gym Director who will reinforce and lead the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understand the philosophy and program, and communicate information accurately and professionally to team and customers. The role involves teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, developing and maintaining a fun and professional work environment for staff, and providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. The Gym Director will also be responsible for studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
