- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities
- Greet all gym members and visitors as they enter and exit the building
- Sell day passes to visitors
- Verify all members during check-in
- Ensure member accounts are current and active
- Assist members with their accounts including updating billing information, cancellations and collecting unpaid balances
- Review gym rules with all new members
- Communicate with Sales Staff and assist with all new member enrollment processes
- Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
- Restocking all consumable products throughout the facilities
- Rerack weights and pickup equipment while keeping to the highest cleanliness standards
- Uphold Alphaland’s high standards of cleanliness through completion of daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Provide on the floor assistance to gym members
- Frequently perform a comprehensive walk around of the gym to identify any safety hazards or broken equipment
- Perform opening and closing procedures
