We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Gym Assistant / Front Desk Team Member to join our team and help make every family’s visit a positive and memorable experience. Position Overview The Gym Assistant / Front Desk Team Member plays an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for children and families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fun, team-based setting.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality with excellent customer service skills.
Enjoys interacting with children and families in a playful, encouraging way.
Ability to multitask in a busy, energetic environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be at least 16 years old; weekend availability required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, child care, or recreation is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

Greet families warmly and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
Answer questions about programs, classes, parties, and memberships.
Promote Little Land Arcadia’s classes, events, and programs to families.
Assist with customer check-in and point-of-sale transactions.
Keep the play gym neat, organized, and safe throughout the day.
Support staff and instructors during classes and events as needed.
Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times.
Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe environment for children and families.
