Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Property Management, Business, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • Requires 6 years of experience in the following:
  • Workplace technology systems for room booking, hot desking, IoT sensor integration, and employee experience platforms
  • Data collection and analysis of occupancy, utilization, and experience metrics for space planning and service improvement
  • Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), including platforms such as Archibus for space, asset, maintenance, and service request management
  • Facilities operations, including building systems, maintenance schedules, service level management, and vendor contracts
  • Operating expense budget tracking, service cost monitoring, and workplace operations cost management
  • Vendor and contract oversight, including SOW definitions and enforcement of SLAs and KPIs across services and geographies
  • Workplace project management using tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Project
  • Environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance, including workplace standards, ergonomics, risk assessments, and safety protocols
  • Workplace change implementation using platforms such as SharePoint and Workplace for hybrid work models and communication rollouts
  • Service design and user experience (UX) processes for employee-facing services using journey mapping and design thinking methods

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Management involves leading strategic programs that span multiple teams and business partners, ensuring successful execution of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • This requires scoping and executing programs with executive sponsors, building stakeholder alignment and resolving operational issues to achieve program objectives.
  • As part of this process, teams must be assembled and mobilized to execute on program objectives, which includes representing the organization with company leadership and contributing to refining best practices for crossfunctional program management.
  • In doing so, complex, cross-functional operational issues must be identified and creatively solved, often unique to each program, in order to build alignment among key program stakeholders and ensure successful program execution.
  • Domestic and International travel requires 30%.
