About The Position

We are looking for a passionate individual who takes extreme pride in building great products. The ideal candidate is fanatical about customer success and considers the customer feedback loop a cornerstone of product management. This role requires someone who is comfortable switching between strategic and tactical topics, not afraid to get into the details and get their hands dirty. A strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS space is essential, with experience in developing B2B SaaS applications from concept to product release. The candidate should be highly skilled in translating customer and market requirements into clear roadmap deliverables, possess strong financial and business acumen, and be knowledgeable in pricing and packaging models. They should also be capable of creating detailed revenue models and be a strong communicator who can influence both internal and external audiences while building and retaining a world-class team. The ideal candidate is decisive and results-oriented but is always willing to solicit ideas and feedback from the larger team, getting things done without getting mired in bureaucracy. Experience in integrating enterprise apps is a bonus, and a former technical background is preferred; being tech-savvy at a minimum is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provides the overall product vision and strategy
  • Evangelizes our products and our vision to the outside world
  • Provides thought leadership in our overall market segment
  • Acts as a spokesperson for the company with press, analysts, and other interest groups
  • Provides input to the executive leadership team and participates in decisions pertaining to the overall company direction
  • Owns the product roadmap
  • Ensures the continuous delivery of product features and enhancements with input from customers, partners and other stakeholders
  • Manages the end-to-end product release cycle from concept to release
  • Provides design inspiration that results in a visually captivating product
  • Provides sales enablement and competitive/market impact analysis
  • Creates and updates revenue models to support all products
  • Evolves operating and production standards, processes and metrics
  • Develops a strong team of product owners including leadership, management, recruiting, training and ongoing coaching
  • Inspires and empowers team to build great products through collaboration
