We are looking for a passionate individual who takes extreme pride in building great products. The ideal candidate is fanatical about customer success and considers the customer feedback loop a cornerstone of product management. This role requires someone who is comfortable switching between strategic and tactical topics, not afraid to get into the details and get their hands dirty. A strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS space is essential, with experience in developing B2B SaaS applications from concept to product release. The candidate should be highly skilled in translating customer and market requirements into clear roadmap deliverables, possess strong financial and business acumen, and be knowledgeable in pricing and packaging models. They should also be capable of creating detailed revenue models and be a strong communicator who can influence both internal and external audiences while building and retaining a world-class team. The ideal candidate is decisive and results-oriented but is always willing to solicit ideas and feedback from the larger team, getting things done without getting mired in bureaucracy. Experience in integrating enterprise apps is a bonus, and a former technical background is preferred; being tech-savvy at a minimum is a must.
