About The Position

As Rimini Street continues to evolve and scale our company to $1B/year in revenue, we are seeking a GVP, Product Management, Optimize Pillar to drive all aspects and lead a cross-organizational team to develop a vision, strategy and implement solutions for Professional Services, Managed Services and Custom Services. Success in this role will be based on delivering on targets for growth in new sales and revenue, high client retention, high client satisfaction, managing costs to budget, and profitability, as reflected in a strong P&L for the Support Services business. The role will be based in the US and may work from a remote office. Location within commuting distance of our regional hubs in Las Vegas, NV or Pleasanton, CA is desirable, or near a major city as periodic travel will be required as necessary across the world. The role will report directly to the COO of Rimini Street.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management roles with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
  • 10+ years of experience with SaaS and ERP ecosystems (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
  • Proven ability to innovate on and around legacy, on-premise enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, supply chain, and related platforms).
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth, client adoption, and market differentiation through productized services.
  • Experience scaling a business from $50M+ to $100M in revenue within a short timeframe, ideally in enterprise software or services.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver compelling demos and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate innovation, value, and vision.
  • Experience in scaling businesses and offerings in global environments.
  • Deep understanding of PS, AMS and Custom products.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex enterprise technology landscapes into clear, compelling product visions.
  • Proven ability to work across functional boundaries and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • P&L ownership experience with accountability for growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically, especially in early-stage build-out scenarios.
  • Strong global perspective and cultural awareness; experience leading products and services across multiple geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Define roadmaps for Rimini Street professional services aligned with market needs and evolution, competitor’s offerings, and feedback from clients and the field.
  • Build a robust AMS, PS & Custom practice.
  • Drive development of professional services and managed services products across ERP, enterprise software, AI, cloud and security platforms.
  • Build offers around Ad Hoc Services, Packaged Services, Transformational Projects, and Managed Services.
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Rimini Street core support offers in the market.
  • In collaboration with marketing and lead generation teams, develop and deliver activities to achieve required levels of leads for new business attainment.
  • Communicate the value proposition of offers to the Sales team, and in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, develop the sales tools, enablement materials, and competitive analysis, to support the selling process and improve our sellers’ proficiency and efficiency in selling professional services.
  • Be the expert on targeted buyers, how they buy, buying criteria, objections; be the expert on the competition, their offerings, their positioning and how to win against them.
  • Act as Rimini Street thought leader for all things related to professional services both internally and externally.
  • Support and engage actively with our Sales, Client Success and Renewal teams around the world to achieve expected revenue targets (new client invoicing and renewals) for our professional services offerings.
