About The Position
Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and re-stocking of all tableware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. The position involves washing china, glassware, silverware, mopping and sweeping floors, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Responsibilities also include re-stocking with china, flatware, and glassware, emptying trashcans, and maintaining cleanliness in various areas such as walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and back hallways. Daily cleaning and detail of all restaurant equipment and areas is required, along with adherence to sanitation requirements and safety programs. The role demands a neat appearance and effective communication skills.
