About The Position
Gutter Technician – Full Time All American Roof Pros Job Overview All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands-on Gutter Technician to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented company. As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $15–$22 per hour, based on experience.

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems
- Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites
- Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Support other production tasks as assigned
