About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Homeowner Gutter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with residential homeowners and contractors, assess their gutter needs, provide professional recommendations, and offer customized solutions that enhance the protection and value of their homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working outdoors, and guiding customers through a simple, solution-based sales process.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred; construction or home improvement background a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roofline inspections
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their gutter needs through on-site inspections
• Provide expert recommendations and explain product options clearly and professionally
• Prepare accurate estimates and present proposals in a way that builds trust and confidence
• Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and finalize sales
• Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, measurements, and customer interactions
• Achieving monthly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Prospect for new business
