About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication or installation preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; training is available for entry-level candidates.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine operating errors.
Proficient knowledge of machine operations, including specifications necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Basic math skills essential for accurate inventory counting.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and communicate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered an advantage.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.
CDL certification is preferred; candidates may be offered the opportunity to complete a CDL through the company's in-house DOT-certified CDL Academy.
Must exhibit reliability, safety consciousness, and a team-oriented mindset.
