About The Position

JRC Incorporated is seeking a Gutter Installation Foreman to join our growing team. With many years of success, quality, and customer satisfaction, we aim to continue our legacy as commercial roofing experts. The foreman will manage and supervise gutter installation crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to leading routine repairs and installations, as well as maintaining inventory and equipment organization.

Requirements

• Availability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
• 1-3 years of roofing and/or gutter installation experience
• Ability to measure and cut materials for installation
• Experience in leading a team to be more efficient in the field
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Experience driving a box truck
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise crews daily
• Lead and handle routine repairs and installation on gutters
• Keep track of equipment and material for inventory purposes
• Install all gutters, guards, and downspouts while keeping the truck organized
• Run the setup of operating fabricating machines to cut using shears, hammers, or drills
• Climb, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing when needed
• Complete removal of existing gutter and reinstall
• Perform all other duties as assigned
