With exposure to GenAI technology ⦠Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, ALM, Tosca, LoadRunner, etc. ⦠Commercial Insurance Domain experience Roles & Responsibilities ⦠8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter. ⦠Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, rating logic, and product configuration. ⦠Hands-on experience with Guidewire testing tools (GUnit, ITP) and automation frameworks. ⦠Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments. ⦠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ⦠ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred. ⦠Act as the primary point of contact for testing leadership during transition. ⦠Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals. ⦠Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts ⦠Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans. ⦠Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly. ⦠Support audit and compliance teams with required documentation. ⦠Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness). ⦠Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to customer and internal leadership.
