About The Position

As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. As part of the P&C Technology Guidewire team you manage projects related to systems configurations within the P&C Insurance industry. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop impactful deliverables. You leverage your broad knowledge of Guidewire applications and your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients to deliver exceptional work and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience
