Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead

The company is looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead with 7–12 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years working on Guidewire InsuranceSuite. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and the ability to lead both configuration and integration workstreams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Expertise in both configuration (Gosu, PCF, Data Model) and integration (REST/SOAP, Messaging)
- Experience working on Guidewire Cloud implementations
- Solid understanding of P&C Insurance Domain
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Guidewire ACE Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Work extensively on Guidewire PolicyCenter (v10.x or Guidewire Cloud)
- Drive configuration activities including product modeling, workflows, UI, underwriting rules, and business rules
- Design and develop integrations using APIs, messaging, and middleware
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define scalable solutions
- Ensure coding best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
