About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to lead design, development, and customization of PolicyCenter solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and delivering high -quality insurance applications.

Requirements

• Guidewire PolicyCenter (v8+)
• Gosu, PCF, Guidewire APIs
• P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• Java and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Agile delivery and team leadership
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Git, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.

• Other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter/ClaimCenter)
• Guidewire certifications
• Guidewire Cloud experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancements
• Design and develop solutions using Gosu and PCF
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Oversee integrations, code reviews, and deployments
• Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality
